Everything sold on getsitego.in is a digital product. Nothing is shipped physically.
How you receive your purchase
As soon as your payment is confirmed, the template is unlocked in your GetSiteGo account and the download buttons on its page become available. You can also find every purchase under My Account. A receipt is emailed to the address on your account.
Delivery time
Delivery is instant in almost every case. Occasionally a payment confirmation from the bank takes a few minutes; the order page updates once it arrives. If a paid template is not available in your account within 24 hours, write to hello@getsitego.com with your order number and we will resolve it.
Re-downloading
Purchases stay in your account, so you can download them again at any time while the template is offered on the website, in every format it is available in.
Delivery charges
There are no delivery charges. The amount shown in the order summary - price plus GST - is the full amount you pay.
