Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital products

Templates are delivered instantly and can be copied once downloaded, so all template purchases are final and are not refundable once the files are available in your account - except in the cases below.

When we will refund you

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Your payment succeeded but the template was not made available in your account, and we could not fix this within 3 working days of you reporting it.
• The files you received are corrupt or substantially different from the live preview, and we could not fix or replace them within 7 working days of you reporting it.

Report any of these within 7 days of the purchase by writing to hello@getsitego.com with your order number.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled any time before payment is completed - simply close the checkout. Once payment succeeds the product is delivered immediately, so a paid order cannot be cancelled.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method through Cashfree within 5-7 working days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear in your account. Once refunded, the template licence for that order ends.

Failed payments

If money was debited but the order shows as failed, the payment is normally reversed automatically by your bank or our payment partner within 5-7 working days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction details.
